Video Guide:
Step 1. Keg your beer 4-5 points before expected final gravity.
Step 2 Attach your spunding valve which will release pressure above 15 PSI holding any pressure in below 15 PSI
Step 3 Let your beer continue to ferment in your keg for the next 2 – 3days, at the same time the gases created from the fermentation are used to carbonate your beer
Step 4 Test to see if carbonation is at a sufficient level if not top up with CO2
Notes:
- Uses a lot less CO2 and saves money from not force carbonating
- The gases created (bubbles) from the fermentation are the perfect size to dissolve in your beer meaning better carbonation than if force carbonating
