Mix: 750g Dextrose + 250g Maltodextrin
The obvious choice in brewing sugars, dextrose boosts alcohol content without altering much in terms of flavour. It is very easily fermented.
Maltodextrin is an unfermentable sugar so is used in brewing to add flavour, body, mouthfeel and head retention to a brew. Only to be used in small amounts.
